To make the story short, this is a mess of software with a lot of issues and problems. You are only able to monitor YOUR OWN activities, not other user profiles in your PC. Logs and records are only recorded while PC is turned on. If you turn the PC off, all data is lost. Although it is offered that the software sends emails periodically, it is not true, no matter if antivirus or Firewall are disabled. Indeed, if you are not happy with the product and make a claim, you might receive a suspicious email, by which they can spy YOU if you download the attachment.
Servicer and product are awful. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. DON`T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND AND DON`T PUT YOUR PRIVACY AT RISK WHIT THIS KIND OF GARBAGE.
