I also purchased this software, the Platinum version and it did not work. I tried working with the company for a week and they were of little help. They told me it was either my firewall, antivirus, or email program. I disabled
the firewall and antivirus and used 3 different email programs and it still didn't work. I was able to monitor myself(not very useful) but no one else.

I asked for a refund and they refused until I filed complaint with the IFCC(Internet Fraud Complaint Center http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp ), BBB, Texas Attorney General's Office and the FTC. The TX attorney general's office told me they have no record of a "Secure Tactics" or "Fusion Corp" even though the company claims to be located in Austin, TX. They give no contact information other than an email address. No street address and no phone #. Steer clear of this company and if you do get involved with them be prepared to file a complaint with the agencies listed above.
