　　工業鹽醃制鹹鴨蛋；質監：沒有牌子和生產批號，問題鹹蛋難召回
　　據新華社電廣東省江門市質監局近日聯合江門市公安局和江門市鹽業局查處一涉嫌無證生產以及使用工業鹽生產鹹蛋的窩點，現場共查獲鮮鴨蛋5.25萬隻，鹹鴨蛋成品10.22萬隻以及用於加工鹹蛋的工業鹽2噸。
　　據江門市質監局有關負責人介紹，經執法人員一個星期的摸查跟蹤，發現該窩點位於江門市禮樂某社區，面積約40平方米，其批發部面積約30平方米。掌握案情後，執法人員于5月31日晚聯合江門市公安局禮樂派出所及江門市鹽業局對該窩點突擊檢查，現場發現有3名人員正在用工業鹽和黃泥土攪拌生產鹹鴨蛋。經執法人員現場調查瞭解，該窩點已加工好鹹鴨蛋成品共10.22萬隻，用於製作鹹蛋的工業鹽2噸，鮮鴨蛋共5.25萬隻。該窩點生產環境惡劣，且無法提供生產許可證。
　　江門市質監局已經對上述鮮蛋、鹹鴨蛋以及工業鹽採取查封措施。目前，該案已移交公安機關作進一步調查處理。
