(深圳電﹚臭豆腐成為深圳秋冬時節最受歡迎的街頭小食﹐但有無
良商人竟使用餿水、污水﹐甚至糞水來加工臭豆腐﹐並聲稱這是“獨
門秘方”。目前這些“秘製臭豆腐”正在深圳街頭熱銷。

  深圳南山區一甲海邊新村﹐在一條不足50公尺長的小巷內﹐有10
多間臭豆腐工場。內地記者根據線報﹐假裝學藝﹐在現場觀察。

  有老闆向記者表示﹐浸泡豆腐的黑水﹐主要原料是餿水、爛田螺
及一些發臭的腐肉汁水﹐將這些原料放在桶內發酵後﹐再加以密封﹐
待原料完全發臭直至生蛆才可使用。

  他還說﹐如果顏色不夠黑的話﹐再放一些特別黑的污水。最令人
驚訝的是﹐他竟向記者說﹕“如果不夠臭﹐再放進少許的糞水。”

  “糞水不能放多﹐如果放多了就會太臭﹐食客就會察覺﹐就會不
買你的豆腐。”

  報導引述消息人士指出﹐該處曾有老闆將豆腐用布包好後﹐埋在
糞堆面。

  深圳市工商局官員根據記者提供的線索﹐週四突擊掃蕩該處多間
臭豆腐工場﹐當執法人員打開一桶醬料時﹐一股巨大的刺鼻惡臭撲面
而來﹐3人即場嘔吐﹐在旁另外一人連膽汁也吐了出來。
