THIS REPORT IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE DELAWARE RIVER SHAD
FISHERMEN'S ASSOC.

THE WATER IS STILL VERY VERY COLD, 40 DEGREES. WITH THE
CONTINUING COLD
NIGHTS DON'T LOOK FOR A WARM UP TOO SOON.

THE TRENTON POWER PLANT IS STILL THE PLACE TO BE TO WIPE
AWAY THOSE CABIN
FEVER BLUES. FISH THE BEGINNING OF THE INCOMING TIDE. THE BITE
HAS BEEN
LASTING THE FIRST HOUR OR SO. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TIDE TABLE
GET THE TIDE
FROM THE PAPER AND ADD 1:30 TO THE PHILADELPHIA READING
FOR THE POWER PLANT.

FRED LEWIS HAS NOT PULLED THE NET YET. HE HOPES TO START
THIS SATURDAY OR
SUNDAY, WEATHER PERMITTING.FRED USUALLY STARTS NETTING
ST.PATTY'S DAY, SO
THIS IS A REALLY LATE START OF THE RUN. IF YOU ARE WONDERING
AROUND IN THE
LOWER RIVER KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR FRED'S GREEN NET PULLING
BOAT. IT DISAPPEARED
