A male hare enters the orchard and looks around for a familiar face. He is a handsome creature, with ruffled brown fur and a twinkle in his eyes. One long ear stands straight up, while the other flops down at a crazy angle, the result of a skirmish with a ferret. He is wearing a red jerkin over a white long-sleeved tunic. A black belt across his waist holds a single dirk. Sitting down, he looks again at the dancers and sighs

"I don't see her. He said she frequented this orchard an' such. If that crow was feeding me a fib, I'm going back there an' feed him my fist."
