The alarm goes off. Its 4:30 already. Bethan turns the alarm off and lies in bed. "I don't wanna get up!" she mumbles, pulling herself out of her warm doona. She rumages through her drawer, fishing out her swimsuit and a pair of shorts. Once she is dressed she puts on some sunscreen and a hat and goes out to the stables. Marna is already there mixing feeds.

"Hey Marns, you wanna come for a ride with me? Im going to the dam. Ill help you finish the feeds" Bethan tells Marna.
"Sure, sounds great. Im almost finished. Ill have to borrow some clothes though." Marna replies, smiling. Once the feeds are done and Marna has a swimsuit on they grab their helmets and a couple of lead ropes. Marna picks Bluey, the horse that she agists at Bethans, and Bethan picks Tiger.

Once theyre at the dam the girls take Bluey and Tiger into the water. Tiger wades in eagerly, welcoming the cool, refreshing rush. Bluey follows cautiously. After the horses have had a swim around Bethan and Marna take the horses out and tie them to a tree.
"C'mon, lets swim!" Bethan yells to Marna, running to the edge of the dam and diving in. Once they have finished their swim the ride the horses back to the stables and put them on the paddocks. Once theyve had lunch Marna returns to the barn to sort out the tack, and Bethan calls Jaimie.

"Heyy, I was just wondering how Wind was and if tonights still on..?"
