Penny startles as the stud jolts backwards. "It's ok, boy. You don't have to trust me." she whispers watching his gracefull movements.

Goldie looks at Prince longingly, wanting to be with him so bad. "I can't." she says lowering her head. "You don't understand. I can't leave without her. He'll torture her if she stays. And if you don't trust her, what's to say you won't hurt her?"

Penny tenses as she hears her name being yelled. "Penny! Oh where is that girl?!" Hector calls. His voice is getting closer.

"Go, boy. Run. He'll hurt you if he sees you around here." Penny says and starts waving her hands at the stallion, trying her best to get him to run and hide. She reluctantly turns on her heels and leads the mare off in the direction of the voice. "I'm right here, sir."

"Goodness, girl! Where have you been?! I've been calling you for half an hour now. Oh nevermind. Put Goldie in the pasture right over there instead of her stall. She will stay there until the vet comes in 14 days, other than coming in to eat that is." he says pointing to a 2 acre paddock.

"Yes, sir." Penny says and leads the mare into the seemingly empty pasture. Just as she does, the only horse in the pasture, Ty, runs over and starts trying to mount Goldie. She bucks and tries to run, pulling Penny a few feet with her. "Woah, girl." she says and unclips the rope, not wanting to be drug around.

Goldie takes off across the pasture with Ty right on her heels. All Penny can do is watch as her beloved mare is mounted over and over again.

Ty chases Goldie around until her corners her and breeds to her over and over again. Once he's satisfied, he dismounts and starts grazing, keeping Goldie within a few feet from him at all times.

Goldie bucks, spins, bites at him, and just does everything she can think of to get him off and away from her.

Hector watches for a while and encourages Ty to do his thing while talking and laughing about it with the other hands.
