Subject: DW's Best Love Scenes

I've seen many of DW films/tv work, but hardly any roles where he gets to do love scenes because he's so often cast as a villian. In 'Morgan!' DW was plenty convincing in his love scenes with the luminous Vanessa Redgrave. But in his less distinguished films (e.g. 'SOS Titanic' and 'Necromonicon') the love scenes fall flat. So, what are your favorite DW love scenes and why?

P.S. He doesn't get any love scenes in 'Major Barbara' :-(.

The scene in the woods with Helen Mirren in A Midsummer Night's Dream (on the first night after their escape). They're just so cute together!

I'm not surprised. I think we're all more imaginative than the screenwriters who give him precious little to do screen time wise....

Hostile Takeover wasn't bad...

C'mon! Lysander and Hermia had a great time together in A Midsummer Night's Dream. And they looked so beautiful... That scene in the woods was very romantic.

Midsummer Night's Dream was magnificent...he was born to do Shakespeare.
