I'm combing the A&E Hornblower boards for email adds and look what got posted nearly a month ago!
http://www.aande.com/emmy/horatio.html
That's the URL for the official A&E endorsements for Emmy noms. Cross yer fingers, they'll be announced on the 12th!

I got the noms in PDF at the Emmy site and it looks like a washout. Interesting though, that movie and miniseries noms are (almost?) all for cable productions. Those PDFs are tough to scope out. Here's irony for you: Ken Branagh is up for what looks like the same character Warner played in Hitler's SS! How many hours of tv programming would go blank if they didn't have the Nazis? Maybe David Denby was right after all. Then it gets wacky - look at the male guest on comedy series noms!

It looks like DW's prediction that the show's cast would be overlooked has come true. I watched 'Conspiracy' and Branagh's performance was very ho-hum in my opinion. DW was so much more deserving of a nomination.
