The chestnut mare wandered off to graze while Dawn and Taloullah played tag when she caught the smell of a human. She had never seen a human before but her mother who had been a race horse broodmare told her that they were evil and terrible creatures and must be fought. She had said that if she hadn't fought the humans and escaped then she would have been forced into small boxes to have haughty race stallions foals all her life. Delphinium saw the man and his traitorous horse and charged strait at them ramming her shoulder into the other horses. The traitor stumbled and righted himself, but not before the human was sent crashing to the ground.
