Amateur is anyone who has not won OVER $500.00
Pro has won $501.00 or more


Age Divisions for Nationals: 0-23, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20+
(Age as of November 1, 2004 or you may move up one division).
Supreme Groups: 0-4, 5-9, 10+

Deadline July 15
