Date Posted: 22:01:24 04/30/05 Sat In reply to: Sang 's message, "test" on 21:11:10 04/30/05 Sat *It was dark out when the car slowly pulled up to the curve in front of the school, the engine turning off. The driver’s door opened, a tall man maybe 6ft tall and in his 30’s stepped out, closing it behind him. After him another man stepped out; he was maybe a little smaller in size, and slightly younger, but none the less intimidating. Both of the men had guns, though they really didn’t seem to need them. Built like brick walls, they appeared as if they could easily snap another person like a twig… but that strength wouldn’t stop a bullet and they knew that. They moved as if they had a plan, the younger of the two was left to get the luggage. His partner on the other hand moved to the passenger side, where he opened the back door. His leaned his weight on the car, arms crossed over his chest as the figure of the teen that was inside slid out of the back. The teen came out of the car, doing so carefully as not to throw herself off balance. The male had made the mistake of trying to help her earlier… She hadn’t been too pleased with the offer. Now he knew better, which was probably the only reason he made no move to do it now. Even when she seemed to have trouble actually getting up, bully for him… It didn’t take her long to figure out how to do it, it just took balance. She moved slowly so that she was standing. The sound of clanking chains followed the movement. Her arms were pulled in front of her, a pair of handcuffs keeping them that way. Both her feet also were chained, which explained the trouble she had getting out of the car. Movement wasn’t exactly easy with such restraints. She avoided the guard for now, her gaze slowly moving up the building, a soft whistle escaping her… Even compared to New York schools that held the same grades it was impressive… She had labeled the two guards as ‘Bruno’ for the taller one, and ‘Bubba’ for the smaller of the two… and as she was looking at the building Bubba had joined them… which was supposed to mean it was time to go in. When she didn’t move, Bruno had decided to try and nudge her forward, a mistake. Snapping around to face the male, she pulled at the chains, if they weren’t there. There was a good chance she would have grabbed or tried to grab his weapon… Now it was obvious why she was restrained.* “I said don’t touch me… what the matter can’t understand English? And what is up with these damned restraints… aren’t they overkill for someone who wasn’t supposed to be guilty?” *her words would just fall on deaf ears; she had tried to get them to let her go. But they were only doing what they were told to do. She might not be a high profile murderer or even a high profile criminal, but she was still considered dangerous enough that those transporting her wanted to take some form of precaution… She did after all show quite a violent tendency when she was in the custody of the jail. And that was, after all, why she was here. She had managed to get herself arrested… damn. How had she done that? OH right she let her emotions runaway with her. Emotions? oh… right that was that state that was limited mainly to humans… that nasty state of being where one had no mind, no conscious thought. The state that raises spontaneously, and it often will be what gets you in trouble. When one allowed themselves to be ruled by them, they got sloppy, and when one got sloppy that was how they were caught… But it just wasn’t possible for someone to go on feeling absolutely nothing; everyone had emotions… unfortunately, that included her… They had said she finally made a mistake, let herself slip. And boy were they right. She had made a mistake all right, as stated earlier she had allowed her emotions to take over, and she had gotten herself caught. Did she regret her actions? No, not at all, the bastards deserved ever last bullet that had been put into them. What had they expected her to do? It was her job to protect her friends; she took that responsibility when she was only seven years old. Not that she admitted to this in court, and with out her confession of doing the shooting they had no evidence on her. She had intent yes, and they had her weapon… but the bullets of the crime didn’t quite fit the weapon model… okay maybe there was some planning after all. As for the murder weapon that was back where it belonged… the gun did its job once more. But without the hard evidence they didn’t have much of a case, and the charges of murder one, were dropped. Yet the courts continued to grasp whatever charges they had. These crimes were far from serious, and mainly were ‘possession of a firearm’, ‘possession of a weapon’, and ‘gang violence’… and once more she was dragged to court. They wouldn’t leave her alone, kept insisting that they wanted what was best for her… that statement was amusing to her… since when was throwing her in jail in her own best interest? But still they insisted that they did indeed care… funny… if they cared so much where were they for 14 years earlier when she could have used them the most? Funny how the legal system was, it was all a load of bullshit if you asked her… all that ‘for the people’ shit, was phony. They didn’t give a damn about anything, nothing but themselves. Which brought us to the matter at hand: the school .The only reason she was going at all was because they had grown tired of dealing with her. They couldn’t put her away behind bars for life with the crimes they had on her. Don’t get me wrong, she had blood on her hands… quite a bit of blood on her hands actually. But she was good at it, good at hiding what she did. She knew how not to get caught and she knew it well… and the only time she was ever caught for ‘attempted murder’ with hard evidence against her, it was dropped as self-defense. The victim had wielded a blade on her, and even managed to get a hit before she ever pulled the gun. She had needed the stitches to prove it, so once more to their dismay she had to be released. But this time they had managed to get what they wanted, at least to an extent. They were finally able to press charges against her, which could have ended with her behind bars for a year at least for the possession of the firearm alone. But her lawyer was good, and managed to get the prison time dropped. The only catch was she had to go boarding school… she finishes her time in there and she won’t need to spend any time behind bars… Now they were only faced with the question of how they make sure she at least gets there. Most of the time that is the parents’ job, but her case was unique. Though she had someone paying for her to go, it wasn’t a parent. Instead it was the parents of her boyfriend… her parents showed no interest in her at all. Even when she was in custody, they wouldn’t even talk to their daughter let alone bale her out. So, Social Services stepped in. At her age, legally someone needed to escort her, make sure she got where she had go, and not end up at home or in the streets, both of which were considered unsafe environments. Both her parents had also lost their parental rights during this battle, meaning she now belonged to the state. The ride to the airport had been less then pleasant because of this fact. How did they expect her to take such news? Be happy about it? Normally that might be the case, and had she not been being moved to school with out her sister, that would be the case. But without her around, where would they send the younger girl? Would she ever get to see her again? The only thing she could hope for was that Bleu’s mother would be willing to take the girl in, otherwise the girl would probably be sent to a group home. They’d flown out of LaGuardia International Airport, and by the time they managed to get there they had only an hour to check in and get to the plane itself. Sang herself had suggested they leave earlier, but the agency refused to listen to her. So when they were forced to rush she couldn’t help but laugh. They, of all people, should have expected with all the security now that they would be slowed down. Especially with someone like Sang… she wasn’t metal detector friendly. And if the metal that was on her, such as the chains, didn’t set it off, the knife in her boot and on her waist did…. Needless to say they were forced to check what she had been using as her carry-on luggage. Then go back and go through the whole process again, this time more successfully… Even so they made it on time, not that the plane would go anywhere without them… not with all that went into this stupid trip. But one thing that was on the bright side, they had somehow gotten first class seats… which meant she entertained herself most of the flight by watching the amount of attention they gained… lets say two heavily armed ‘body guard’ looking men, accompanying a smaller female, who had not only had her hands cuffed, but her legs shackled as well, gained some attention. It didn’t help that this female had her hair dyed a deep blood red, and looked quite recognizable for who she really was. The top gunman from the top gang of the surrounding area. Which was exactly why she was restrained as such, she was considered dangerous even unarmed. And they feared her smashing someone over the head to escape… smart Social Services, very smart. The car was at the airport already when they got there, another thing Social Services seemed quite aware of, you don’t make someone considered a danger not to only herself, but those around her, stand waiting. Not when she is under your supervision; any damage she might cause will then be your fault. So instead she moved as fast as they could to the car… this was where she waited for them to get the bags. Get her out of the way of pedestrians, as if she would actually harm anyone with them right there. She wasn’t that dumb… one didn’t keep out of jail by being that obvious. But she amused the two for now….. This brought us to the school, where the trouble first started. She had decided she was going to give them a hard time. A soft growl-like sound rose in her throat; she didn’t like being touched or pushed. And the very idea that the other thought he could, set her off… she was often referred to as a firecracker. Way too easy to piss off… but there wasn’t much she could do this time. With someone that probably weighed more then twice her weight, and all of it being muscle, and being completely restrained, it only took a few moments for them to actually force her forward. She let out an angry snort, but she knew when she was defeated. They did after all have the unfair advantage. She was led to the office, where the older male gripped her arm, despite her trying to slam herself into him and force him to let her go. Even as they came to a stop near the desk, where they were told where they were expected to go… oh hell, this sucked* [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
