ENTRY DEADLINE: $30 deposit by Feb. 11th
Crowns must be ordered early. If I don't have a deposit by this date, you will not compete! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Proceeds go to Hawkins County Emergency Response Team
2 Grand Supremes will each receive a beautiful large Valentine crown, custom banner, fantastic directors gift and $50 cash!
8 Queens will win a beautiful Valentine crown, custom banner and directors gift.
Scores will be formalwear and Valentine outfit.
Group optionals will be chosen during group line-up and will receive Valentine gift.
Valentine outfit winner in each group will win a great Valentine award.
Overall Most Beautiful, Overall Best Valentine wear and Overall Judges Favorite will receive Awesome awards!

I the legal guardian of above child understand that Directors, judges, and staff will not be reliable for anything including, injury or theft before, during, or after the pageant.
