Even though I might be somewhat self-centered with this post, (in that Phoenix is just next door to me and it wouldn't take much to get me there)Phoenix would be a good choice for WhoserCon. I've been there several times and they would definitely have enough improv/dining/accommodations to support a convention like the Whosers'.
