1. 新年開業時間
以花市營業時間作人流參考，我覺得有假期就有人，所以人流應該去到初三四都會好多
2. 新年後作業方式
無論什么時間都好，最重要將難清的貨清左先(減價)，例如小販貨，去到二月中再進行其他方面大型清貨,另外如果將舖賣俾麥多多或其他人,會唔會為阿John帶來租約後的麻煩？(只係問下)
3. 結業日期
清貨清到滿意為止
