Subject: Degree Conversion Change

I am extremely disapointed at the rate in which you changed the degree conversion. I can see adjusting the conversion rate, hey, you are running a business...but to reduce your exposure by a factor of 5 in a single day???? That is poor business and is going to piss a lot of loyal customers off.

I for one had the 176k I was saving for a printer, reduced to $35. Obviously I will never earn enought for that printer I have been saving for months to purchase. I expected a change, but a reasonable change, lets say, 2000=$1.

I have also made an effort to click on adds, and have purchased product from your sponsors...not any more, an add click is now worth 1/5 cent...and the log and launch program...I've logged and launched every day this year, now it turns out to be a big waste of time.

Why be premium any more, in fact, why not just use Gamespy, it gives you lower pings and has more options...I will probably be canceling my premium membership. I'm very sad since I enjoy some of the folks at Heat.

You guys really blew it this time, that was just too big of a conversion change...obviously you didnt give a damn about your customers who have been saving for an important purchase.
