First off i have to say great site Scyrus and thanks for the time and effort you've put in. Secondly I dont think that classing people or placing them into categories is really a good way of building morale or guild unity besides the fact though while i am in serious denail i dont really see what category i fit into if not all of them lol. I mean I talk alot of irealevent crap in guild but then isnt that technically what a guild is for ? its a group of friends or more like an extended family that can talk about nothing or about anything at all I dont feel the need to talk all EQ all the time and certinly dont think you do either. That being said there are bound to be disagreements and arguments that spawn in guildchat wether about EQ stuff or just random irellavent stuff said , if people cannot handle an argument or disagrement with someone on thier team and who is /should be supporting them then how will they take getting CC'D or griefed ? there are exceptions to this of course where a disagreement or argument can get out of hand and need to be stopped no doubt. Personally when I talk in guildchat i see it as a discussion not an argument because ultimitely i wsh these people well and will help them as much as i would any other guild member or teammate and moreso I totally belive that you are entitled to your own opinion and it doesnt have to be anywhere near what mine is. Another thing niceness is overrated every guild needs a few harsh people they fill a role that not many people want to take im not talking disrespectful people but people who will do what needs to be done in a situation regardless of a few peopels feelings the good of the guild as a whole is more important than any fraction of its members. Again I would like to specifically state that regardless of how you think I feel about you you should know that I will be there when i can if Im needed and I will do my job and take orders even from an officer that I dont like or agree with I will not hold personal feelings over guild sucsess in any way shape or form officer says drag corpses I drag corpses if I have a problem with it ill talk to him in a private channel or take the proper channels but i will do what Im asked when im asked within reason ie im not missing work cuz your friend is mabey loggin on later and may want to do an epic piece ( yes I do have to be specific some people are that stupid) omg this post is way to long and ill probally ad more when I think of it but its late here
