Subject: PDSA National Walk/Run- April 29

Dear Potential Sponsor,
I am participating in the PDSA National Walk/Run. Proceeds will benefit ITP and platelet disorder research. PDSA
was founded in August, 1998 to provide information, support, and encourage research about ITP and other platelet
disorders. Make checks to Platelet Disorder Support Association. PDSA is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit
organization and donations are deducible to the extent of the law.
Anyone who would like to participate in the walk is welcome, and if any of the girls would like to perform their talent, it would be much appriecitated. Team sign-in is from 4 to 5 p.m. on April 29th.Thank you for your support and participation!
