I mailed my daughters application and money for the Cleveland Fairest of the Fair on Friday. We live in Chattanooga so hopefully it will be there by the deadline Sept 11. If for some reason bc of the holiday it is not there can you email me and let me know and I can tell you the info. She's very excited.
