Subject: RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHRISTMAS

Background information on the Ronald McDonald House:
The Ronald McDonald House of Knoxville provides a "home away from home" for families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at nearby hospitals. The House provides a comfortable, supportive, temporary residence near the medical facility where family members can sleep, eat, relax and find support from other families in similar situations. After speaking with the director of fundraising at the House, we have obtained a list of items they need for the Christmas season as well as throughout the year. Please take time to read over the list below and, if you are able, make contributions as applicable. We are not assigning a girl to a specific family, as the population at the house changes daily. Every donation gift helps, as on Christmas Eve Santa makes a visit to the House and delivers at least one gift to each of their 65 residents, adult and child. Please remember that the gifts will be going to the ill children and their families. You may drop your contributions off at the Smith Family Theater, or mail them to the TN Cinderella office.
