You are able to attend state without participating in a preliminary. You will need to pay the $75 entry fee that would have been prepaid by the state pageant had you participated in a preliminary. The $100 nonrefundable deposit and the Deposit form are due within 10 days of the postmarked date that you received it. Deadlines are strictly enforced.
