First on the previous chapter: I feel the same way about the change from the original, I like it a lot.

Nikita's schedule is very difficult and she will be exhausted very soon if she continues with that.

Michael feels that, even if he doesn't know the details and he is worried for her.

His short answer to Lisa: "I was out" was so Michael-like.

He managed to keep his calmness for much time considering what Lisa was telling him. But when she mentioned Nikita that was it.

That last phrase of the chapter "like she didn’t even exist" makes me very curious for the blanks we have in Nikita's past!
