Michael was perfect in calling out what Nikita was thinking. She needed him to just outright say what she was thinking and to show that he really understands her even in the short amount of time that they have spent together.

Plus, I think from reading what Michael was feeling and thinking, he has grown to know Nikita much more by what else has gone on in the hospital around her -- than actually from Nikita. Now, that isn't always a good thing, but it's good that he realizes things that may not have been so clear before all the drama are a bit more clear now.

But what does he tell Nikita and is she ready to hear it?
