Nope, Renault radio's are old fashioned cassette or cd players, no fancy MP3 stuff and no AUX input for any external device.

Best option in my opinion is to get the cheapest original radio with steering wheel control and then toss it out and replace it with a decent Sony machine. You can hook it up to the original controls at the steering wheel with an interface cable available as Renault part 77 11 219 877.

Sony sells all kinds of radio's with MP3 capability and or AUX input for other external devices and has an MP3 changer as well. Make sure the radio has an XS4 input, so it will interface with external control devices.
