I don't think there will be a roadbox either. It is at least not mentioned in any document I have seen so far.

The roadbox for the Megane I is indeed a great addition, because it actually works out good in suggesting the 2-seater look. I think that's mainly because of the extention of the two arches of the roof cover. The new model has a completely different design in the rear (more like a sedan, so there's nothing to optically hook a roadbox into). Also because of the trunk design it will never never look like a 2-seater.

Maybe someone will build one privately, but I seriously don't think Renault will do so.
