Subject: i cant tell if he likes me

There's this guy im really good friends with and my friends think that he's always flirting w/me.whenever i talk to him he always looks me straight in the eye and he laughs at all the things i do.i got my friend 2 ask him if he liked me and they wrote notes. in the notes he says he sort of likes me but he wont really admit it and he says im #5 on his list of girls. my friend said that while he was writing he was smiling. my and this guy r on the same floor during 7th period and my friend told him 2 talk 2 me when i would come out of the room. in the note he asked her what the room number is. does that mean he likes me and wants 2 ask me? i really need help bc all of this is driving me nuts!!
