Subject: ask her out?

Theres a girl i like who i met 2 months ago, and she no longer has a boy friend. Well her sisters said i should ask her out, because she likes me too. My friend thinks i have a good chance. But the problem is everytime we sort of get close something comes up a friend comese over and bothers us a parent does the same thing, also she has said some things that are about the fact she doesn't like me while i am around, but i don't know if shes jokeing or not. Should I ask her out??
