Subject: Does he like me or not?

I'm 25 year old and have been wanting a boyfriend since I turned 13. I have never had the chance to really have a boyfriend and sometimes i'm beginning to think that i'm really not that pretty although some people at my job say otherwise. I also have a crush on this guy at my work but since i have no experience I cannot tell wheter he is interested in me or not.
I talk to him almost all the time when he is working and he has done two things that lead me to think that He might like me. The other day he said my name and then where have you been all my life like he was teasing me and also he tried to give me a hug but I would not hug him because the problem is that I heard the had a girlfriend but don't know how true this is and i did not want to get my hope up. What should I do?
