The nuclear problem itself is based on having self destructive intelligence.

The same goes to the term of fossil fuels.

What a consequence of intelligence is , that is the only possible reasons you are looking for.

And that is alot more than 10 reasons

That is what we know for sure and not may know.

We should base time on what we know works, wich is our own actions and the officials actions.

The nuclear situation in Japan is based upon the intelligence of finding a way to serve the country with energy.

However, the nuclear failure is in the first place a consequence of human actions to serve the country with energy.

The earthquake is not the officials responsibility. As it is a natural consequence of having a known physical law named gravity.

However, the officials is the only known power to reduse the current known situation in Japan.

The officials do only have responsibility when something needs to become better after a such situation. Wich is the nuclear risk. We people were smart enough to make nuclear power, and even bombs. But, we seemed to be stupid enough to use them. Wich is a result of self destructive intelligence.

The officials do have responsiblity only because they are the ones to do something about it. And they are not responsible for having our current physical laws. Our physical laws resulted in the cataclysmic event the nuclear power did not stand well against.

There is simply nothing positive when asking for what you can't get. Wich a stable nuclear energy source.

Sure make what's not perfect better, but don't allow the improvement to make things worse.

Please allow people to live further here on earth, do what works!
