Subject: i need alot more from him!

ok well theres this guy who i have liked for quite a while now and he likes me too. we have kissed on different occasions and i really really like him. well we've been on and off for bout 4months! but now i just need so much more than a kiss every now and again! i want a relationship...(all of my friends are in relationships) and about 7months ago i was with this boy for a while and its just nice to have somwbody there for you all the time. well i go out with this boy alot because we have the same friends but he is really shy but he tells people he likes me so i just keep hoping for something to happen! well i just had enough of not knowing whta to do and waiting around for him so today i decided to call him and ask him what was going on with us and at first he didnt know what to say then he said that he wants to get to know me better and that he doesnt want 2 go out with me 2 soon cos it will just mess everything up! but there were a few awkward silences and sometimes he would say 'what do u mean u r confusin me'! then he eventually said he liked me cos i said that i didnt no if he did or not and then he said he does like me! but i dont think the convosation went to well! should i move on to someone else? i really like him but is this going to go anywhere? does he actually like me or was he just saying that for my sake? hes soooo shy! help me
