Well, it's under 2 months until the prospectus is due out (28/04), and I was finding all the threads a bit difficult to keep track of, so here's consolidated list (plus a sprinkling of new ones), in approximately chronological order of Proms:
July
15th - Mozart Opera Highlights, Scottish Chamber Orchestra
17th - Siegfried: Theatre du Chatelet/Opera de Zurich/Orchestre du Paris/Eschenbach
18th - Glyndebourne with Mozart, Cosě fan tutte
Ivan Fischer conducting, with Topu Lehtipuu & Ainhoa Garmendia
22nd - Paul Lewis / Till Fellner, BBC NOW
Mozart, Concerto for two pianos in E flat, KV 365
(on Harmonia Mundis Website it's - funnily enough - attributed to Beethoven)
23rd - Walton, Belshazzar’s Feast, Terfel/BBCNOW & Chorus/Hickox
25th - Juan Diego Flórez (Tenor)
26th – (Late Night) THE GREAT VENETIANS
The English Baroque Soloists, Monteverdi Choir, His Majesty's Sagbutts & Cornetts and Sir John Eliot Gardiner perform a programme including works by:
Gabrieli, Monteverdi, Grandi, Cavalli, Rovetta & Rigatti

19th - Lady Macbeth with the Mariinsky opera & ch/Gergiev
20th - Mariinsky Orchestra/Gergiev
28th - Lars Vogt / Veronique Gens, Mozarteum Orchester
don't know about the programme, but some Mozart probably is a good guess
30th - Pittsburgh Symphony under Andrew Davis will play at the Proms -
Ives: Symphony No. 2
Chopin: Piano Concerto No. 2 (Lang Lang)
Strauss: Till Eulenspiegel
31st - Berliner Phil/Rattle
September
1st - Berliner Phil/Rattle (the 2 concerts will probably include a mixture of new works and Mozart)
6th - Haitink will conduct Mahler 2 with the BBCSO and Chorus and LS Chorus
Unknown
new work by Julian Anderson, written for Angelika Kirchschlager
BBCNOW will be doing (dates unknown) Shostakovich's 15th, and "some Mahler with the chorus" (can't be 2, since that's Haitink BBCSO, so 3, 8, Klagende Lied?)
BBCPO will allegedly be doing, not very surprisingly, at least one Shostakovich symphony (7 and 12 were mentioned as possibles).
Nelson Freire may be down for the Prokofiev 2nd concerto
Nikolai Lugansky will be playing something on the piano
Alexander Shelley (winner of the Leeds Conducting competition 2005) will make his Proms debut (possibly with the NYO??)
2007&8
Leipzig Gewandhausorchester under Riccardo Chailly
Bergen Symphony with Andrew Litton (Grieg?)
