Legolas had no problem sitting still. He watched as Aragorn take hold of the edge of the cut band piece and slowly pull. Legolas' right arm gripped his leg as he kept his left arm loose. If he tightened his muscles, it would only make it worse. He kept it loose no matter how bad he wanted to grip something. Legolas grit his teeth. It wasn't horrible pain, but after this one, he still had four more to go. He hoped the muscles wouldn't be damaged too badly, he wanted to use this arm after this was over.
