Questions:

Did you add any new programs/updates to the Palm between the last successful hotsync and the failure?

What PC applications would need to communicate with the Palm during Hotsync? Have you added any new software/updates to the PC between the last successful hotsync and the failure? Did you try rebooting the PC?
