Again, HOTSYNC first, to insure all your data is backed up.

You'll need to find the RESET button. I don't have a "T", but it should be located on the back or bottom of the unit.

Using your stylus (if the top can be removed, it should provide a tip for the reset button) or a paperclip, GENTLY push the reset button ONCE.

Please see the manual for how to do a reset, locating the reset button or using the stylus for reseting).

The unit should reboot. See if you can hear the sound.
