It does sound as if the battery might need to be replaced. The battery is "sealed" inside the unit, so the unit will have to be opned to replace it. As I see it, you have three options:

1. Contact www.GetHighTech.com, order a replacment battery and try to replace it yourself:

2. Contact www.GetHighTech.com and arrange to have them replace the battery, or do what service they feel it requires.

3. Buy a new PDA.
