I have a Visor Deluxe which I sync with a PC at work and a Mac at home. Since I upgraded to Desktop 4.0 with Mac OS X at home the Palm/Documents folder has been empty. Consequently, I can't access help files for a quick reminder or new information. I have reinstalled Desktop 4.0 and Desktop 4.1 several times, as recommended on the Palm website, but the Palm/Documents folder remains empty. As other people I know with Palm or Handspring PDAs are not Mac addicts, I've been trying to persuade the Palm help team to attach the missing files to an email for me to drag into the Palm/Documents folder --- without success. They haven't said that it can't be done but just keep recommending that I reinstall the whole package. Can anyone help?
