I am in Romania. It doesn't really matter much, all I need is a spare part! Its extremely simple to replace it, I have allready opened my Palm. The think is nobody seems to have that spare part, so I will probably need to find someone who has damaged his Zire71 beyond repair so I can get that connecting ribbon.
