I have two suggestions:

- Email Johnny Ixe, the author of AutoDigi and Redigi:

Perhaps he can make a suggestion.

- Contact the folks at www.gethightech.com. They do a lot of Palm repair work. Maybe they have a suggestion (hopefully other tha sending the unit in for repair).
