Details are helpful in diagnosing problems:

- PC or Mac? Serial or USB cradle? Syncing with Palm Desktop, Outlook or something else?
- How much memory do you have left in the device right now?
- Just Prior to having the problem, did you add any new software?
- When you say "refusing to sync", what does that mean? Did you get any error messages? Does it appear to be communicating with the PC?
