As I mention in my opening statement, the more details you can provide, the better.

- What model Palm? What version Palm OS?
- Syncing by USB or serial port?
- What version of Windows?
- Syncing to Palm Desktop, Outlook or something else?
- Have you had the problem from the beginiing, or was it working fine then suddenly became a problem?
- Have you recently added any new software to your Palm?
