I'm not a Mac users, so what I'm about to suggest maybe meaningless:

When I have had previous questions regarding Mac/Palm syncing issues, folks have suggested checing out Queuesoft in Japan:

I guess they have developed conduits that have helped many Mac/Palm users. Hope this helps.
