I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but unless your device has somehow grown a hard drive off of which the data can possibly be restored, I'm afraid your out of luck. Data on most PDA resides in flash memory. Once the data is wiped out, there is no way (that I am aware of) to recover it.

If your in the US, you can contact GetHighTech.com and ask their opinion. They are experts in PDA repair.
