Date Posted: 20:17:54 01/28/04 Wed In reply to: Rachel 's message, "Windows XP doesn't recognize my Palm" on 16:02:42 01/28/04 Wed This is a tough one. I have not had many reports of a PC failing to communicate with a Palm for no apparent reason after working properly for a significant amount of time. Did you do anything recently to the Palm or the PC that might have had any effect? For example: Add or delete programs, add or remove other hardware, or have problems with your Internet connection? Are all of the other peripherals connected to the PC working properly? My inital thought is that possibly something left behind when you deleted then reinstalled the software is causing a conflict or a Driver (software or hardware) has become corrupted or lost and needs to be reinstalled. I'm not a good PC repair person. I'd appreciate help from other readers. >I have a Palm m515. It has a USB cradle, and up until >the 14th of this month I had no problems with it.
