職員:哦,可能d同事攪錯左d野,唔好意思,我即刻加返比你

客:唉,有科我考左三年都仲係肥喎
職員:呢度有份今年上下學期既試題,拎去刨熟佢喇,有問題可以搵返我架喎

(個案三)
客:個教授都痴x線架,present得唔好就發爛渣
職員:對唔住,我地管教員工方面做得唔足夠,我地會對佢進行紀律處分架喇,呢度有二十個學分既coupon,當係我地小小心意,補償返你心靈的創傷

要客人開心,老板又放心,當然係要用誠懇同親切的服務態度對人
