Well, first off, I moved here from Illnois right before sophomore year and I didn't even play. I came out for a week and decided I didn't want to do it then. Last season I came out, and, well, sucked it up. I was slow, I acted like a raw pootangus, and didn't know shit about football. However, towards the end of the season, I started turning it around because I started really enjoying getting out there and hitting people (after the CF game, I think hurting my shoulder knocked some sense into me). Then I joined wrestling, lost the weight, got a helluva lot quicker, and overall became a lot more aggressive. Now I'm completely pumped up for next season. I've only been lifting (since wrestling ended) for about 3 weeks now, but I'm making a lot more progress than I did last year (over 5 months, I could barely do anything on the bench and ended up maxing out at about 280 before my shoulder got hurt). Over wrestling the only weights I did were lower body and arm stuff, not bench, so I'm pretty weak there but am moving up right now.

Shit, I've fucking posted too much again. Ah well, I'm pretty sure I answered your question.
