...He gallops up meeting her. then stops signaling that he hoped she would stop to. He did not think of her as a posestion but as a herd member and he wished she could see that. he saw every one as a herd member an equal that was what he saw people as. he gallops along then and starts to paw at the ground a snake comes slithering up close enough to the mare to strike.He then stomps on the snake hard and repetes the process for quite awhile then trots off as if nothing happend the snake lying at the mares feet dead. and in shreds.He had realized she was strong and had spirit the moment he had laid eyes on her. she was not like the other mares other wise his eyes might have kept on moving past her. He liked the spirited type. they made good freinds and herd members.
