It's fine if your characters may be fighting, but please don't get in a big fight out-of-character. Fighting in general is supposed to take place in the challenge area, but that is only for challenges.
Yes, it is rather unrealistic to have a horse rear and then bite a horse that is far away, but that's partly power-playing as well. You may say you try to bite the other horse, but whether you do or not is up to the other player. Reading another's thoughts is also not really part of this game, so please don't do that.
Nothing is exactly illegal here, just certain things are against the rules. This is a pretty open game, so some things may be different. Considering the rules is a good thing to do here, including the rule "try to be nice, even though your character may be mean, and have fun." This is just a warning. Please try not to fight as players. I hope neither of you will take this personally at all, because I'm just explaining the rules.
