聘請年青人總是有利有敝,
反覆不定的表現,往往令工作出現岔子。
雖說已有心理準備,但當發生事情時往往令人沮喪及措手不及。

無可否認,年青人需要時間培育及調教,
但當面對歷奇活動之類的情況下,
半點也不能有差池時,年青人的反覆往往令工作倍加壓力。

有時深感沮喪時,最終還看聖經在說甚麼。

原來在聖經中早有此情況,
就是保羅與巴拿巴傳道時,馬可的表現非常反覆,
最終馬可「放飛機」離開了他們。
及後馬可悔改希望最上路傳福音時,
保羅一口拒絕,但巴拿巴從沒有放棄,再次帶馬可上路,
最後保羅與巴拿巴分道傳福音,前者與提摩太,後者則與馬可。
還幸巴拿巴沒有放棄,
馬可最終寫成馬可福音,成為四福音中最重要的一章。
及後保羅在後期亦叫提摩太將馬可從新遨請加入傳福音的行列。

最終還是要學習巴拿巴的耐性及包容,因著這些性格,
令後世多了一個傳奇人物,在主內有美好事工。
更厲害是巴拿巴其實早已參透邊緣青年是反覆、是不穩定的,
包容及耐性來得及時與恰當的話,難保他日飛上枝頭變鳳凰呢。
