Subject: 何去何從

起這個題目時,難免沒有傷感。
在部門起初時候,訓練了一批青年人,
後來各有原因離開了機構。
最後,現在卻聚集一起在網上說是說非。

對我來說,這一天是預計到的,
因為在這機構不單要求技術好,還要心態正確,
所以離開的原因,往往是因為在帶領活動以外時間,
一是表現不濟、二是犯了天條,亦即是「私底下與參加者聯絡」。

現在過了一段時間,拿著證書、找到了新工作,
便開始埋怨過往事情,更被外間教練看上,一同說是說非。

有時,我寧願像現在這般辛苦還好,
與一群技術絕對不佳,帶組又問題多多的年青人共事,
至少我知道他們能明白清潔洗手間、帶活動沒有時間休息的用意,
亦知道他們有一技之長,都不會傷害參加者,

可能有時我們真的走得太急,未能面對實際環境需要呢。
